Terms of Service

1. The service

Numerita is a bookkeeping tool operated by Numerita LLC, a United States company. Numerita records customer balances in US dollars, sends payment reminders, reads receipt photos, and syncs records with QuickBooks. Numerita works through WhatsApp in English and Spanish.

2. Not a lender

Numerita does not lend money, arrange financing, or manage credit. Nothing in the product is an offer of credit, a credit report, or a collection service, and the product may not be used for those purposes.

3. Your account

You must give accurate information and keep your phone number current. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the accuracy of the records you enter.

4. Subscriptions and cancellation

Paid plans are billed monthly in US dollars and start with a 14 day free trial. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Charges already billed are not refunded unless required by law.

5. Acceptable use

Use Numerita only for lawful business record keeping. Do not send reminders to people who have not agreed to receive them, do not misuse WhatsApp messaging in violation of WhatsApp terms, do not upload unlawful content, and do not attempt to access another business's data.

6. Third party services

Numerita runs on Microsoft Azure, connects to QuickBooks, and works through WhatsApp. Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms, and Numerita is not responsible for their outages or changes.

7. Limitation of liability

Numerita is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Numerita is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, or data loss, and total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state where Numerita LLC is organized, without regard to conflict of law rules.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
