1. What we collect

We collect your phone number, your name and business name, receipt images you send, transaction data such as customer names, amounts, dates and payment status, and the messages you exchange with Numerita on WhatsApp.

2. How we use it

We use your information to keep your ledger accurate, send the payment reminders you request, read and file your receipts, sync records with QuickBooks when you connect it, and answer you in English or Spanish.

3. Where your data is stored

Your data is stored on Microsoft Azure, encrypted in transit and at rest, in United States regions. Each business's data is isolated from every other business.

4. We do not sell your data

Numerita does not sell, rent, or trade your data, and we do not share it for advertising. The only third parties involved are Microsoft Azure (hosting), QuickBooks (sync you enable), and WhatsApp (messaging), each receiving only what the function needs.

5. Retention

We keep your records while your account is active so your books stay complete. Backups are retained for a limited period and then overwritten.

6. Deletion and export

You can request an export or deletion at any time by writing to hola.numerita@gmail.com or messaging WhatsApp 763-342-3161 from your registered number. We remove your business data from active systems within 30 days, and from backups on the normal backup cycle, except where law requires us to keep it.
