Encryption

Your data is encrypted in transit with TLS and encrypted at rest in storage. Receipt images are stored encrypted alongside the records they belong to.

Infrastructure

Numerita runs on Microsoft Azure in United States regions. Your records never leave US infrastructure.

Data isolation

Every business's data is isolated per customer, so one account can never read another account's ledger, customers, or receipts.

No card data stored

Numerita does not store payment card data. Subscription payments are handled by our payment processor, and card numbers never reach our systems.

Backups

Your records are saved securely and automatically as you go, so a lost phone never means lost books.

Access control

Access to production systems is limited to authorized personnel, logged, and reviewed.
