Our mission
Numerita was built for Spanish speaking business owners in the United States who were losing money to unpaid invoices and losing time to shoebox bookkeeping. Our mission is simple: every owner should know exactly who owes them, what they owe, and where their money went, without learning accounting software.
What Numerita does
Numerita does two things, and both happen in a WhatsApp conversation.
Bookkeeping, from a photo
Take a photo of any receipt and send it to Numerita on WhatsApp.
Numerita pulls the merchant, the total, the date and every line item, then picks the right category.
The expense lands in your books with the receipt image attached, ready for your accountant.
Wrong category? Just say so. Text "that was fuel" and Numerita fixes it in your books.
